Notes to the rental rates
A non refundable deposit of £100 to confirm reservation, balance plus £150 damage deposit (refundable) due 8 weeks in advance of holiday. Cancellation charges 56-29 days 50%,28-22 days 60%, 21-15 days 80% 14 days or less 100%. Cancellations must be notified in writing by letter, e-mail and confirmed by owner. The rent includes the weekly cleaning, electricity (except for lets of 1 month or longer. Excessive use of air con/heating will be charged extra.) All linen and towels included (except beach & Pool). Discounts are available for long winter lets, please call for special rates
Prices shown are for the apartment (for upto 4 people) for a seven night stay. Prices are based on 4 people shearing £20 extra per person per week for linen & cleaning etc for 5th & 6th person. please ensure you take travel insurance as we are not liable for any accidents which may happen.
Swimming pool maybe closed from end Sep to 1st May in any year.
